"INTERVIEW PROCESS IN GOVERNMENT JOBS" (out of the box approach for correction)


As we heard many times that one of our friends has cleared the written exam but could not clear the interview, at this a question arise in one's mind oftenly like that ,"whether I am competent to get this job or I m running in the wrong direction." He or she may confuse and sometimes decide to quit the decision he or she takes with firm determination,
He or she may confuse and sometimes decide to quit the decision he or she takes with firm determination, that's mean it's really an activity of nipping a glooming sapling into the very bud. A question that oftenly comes into my mind and make me disturbed ; A participant who is competent enough to crack the written exam and know the strength and weakness of own ; me why he or she could not find himself or herself able to correct the the mistakes committed by him in the interview.
As we see many times interview of Government jobs are quite different from that of a private job, in a private job interview interviewer check the confidence and smartness in answering to the question asked in , but I always remains confused what is asked in the
interviews of government jobs. As after discussing with one of my friend cum colleague ;about his interview of government job ; I come to know after such discussion that there is no criteria to be selected and which type of answers will make you selected and how can you know about your mistakes which you have committed in the interview.
clearly he mentioned me that he asked nothing and told to sit there and sometimes later said him to go from there saying that your interview has been done, I really became surprised to hear it! Why should I not become surprised ? when he told me that he came back and finally he didn't get the job. I m not criticizing over anything but trying to emphasizing over the unconventional methods of 1960 which are continuously implementing while taking interview.
Suggestion is nowhere but here . As If appearing in a written test a participant is awarded marks in different-different sections and he gets the score card for his self evaluation and making his or her error correct and also enable himself or herself for next attempt then why not such practise is being adopted in Interview?
I think and really believe if a candidate will get the marks for appearing in interview and the marks would be bifurcating into different-different aspects comes under the interview like salutaion , confiedence and presentation skills and many more things based on which interview is being conducted if any.
There should be mentioned the reason of non-selection of participant if any after appearing and disqualifying the interview so that participant may work on the reasons for which he/ she has not been selected and may try to convert his or her weaknesses into opportunities, Is it bad? If you know your loop holes and you are talented enough you can give your talent a right direction instead of criticizing over stupid things.
I thik this practise should be adopted by our government because talent in our country is being misleaded by anti-nationalist after facing the rough treatment even after having a lots of talent .
In our country there is no scarcity of talent but the scarcity if any is tha how to handle and employ that talent, i.e efficient management , Its a country of Management Guru Chanakya where talent is given priority over anything else!
