Today on the happy and pleasant morning of Basant panchami I m feeling fresh and happy because I become able to collect many a little and just going to convert them into a mickle.
Two days before as I was busy in my work I was really enjoying my work because as a thinker every place every situation and every surrounding whether positive or negative give me the reason to think over what is happening . I have developed a habit of not wasting time ;on stupid things by lots of practice; thinking about, “ what will happen and what will if such thing happens.”
I know one thing that everything which is planned by the destiny which has been designed by the creator of this universe will happen certainly or which is not the part of the blueprint i.e destiny which has been designed by the the God himself cannot take place at any cost!
As we oftenly see lots of people always remains busy in thinking about future espasially those who think as if they were smartest people on this universe and remaining are fool and they have no sense of understanding what is going on .
I always observe this quote “ Opportunities comes to everyone but most of us cannot understand it because it looks like a lots of hardwork again and again.” Most of us usually say these types of words, “We’ll do it tomorrow.”thinking as if we were escaping from any burden but actually we avoid our opportunity as we cannot sacrifice our ego that time which is necessary to grab any opportunity and cunningly try to pass it over another innocent people and feels that we have proved our smartness!
That is an example of biggest foolishnesh!
Really I’m surprised to see the reason why our country is still backward!
Everyone except few cares about self interest and thinks of own future but ensuring such futute that never comes they ruined their present as well as that of others by hurting other and thinking them a dam fool!
They lost their respect as well as many more things which are far most from their approach! They can’t even imagine ; the interest to whom other is entitled to ; how much they will have to repay it with compound interest and when they understand, its already too late situation encounter them!
I m not in the mood to criticize anyone over anything prevailing at the domestic as well as professional front I couldn’t stop myself to react over what I have seen and faced in recent days at different different place.
Emotions doesn’t always weaken us sometimes emotions works like a sword too and the person who plays with sword can hurt even himself or herself . So make sure whether you are playing a safe game.
Anyway lets forget about criticism . now I would like to draw your attention at what want to catch your eyes the core motive of this article; that how can we find ourself in backward situation:
If we continuously thinking about own interest and for getting it we are paining too much (beyond genuineness) not to ourselves but others. From the time westart such practice we ensures our backwardness.
If we consider too much about future instead of giving due consideration to (present) little little works thinking as if we were have enough time to settle such work later on.
When we try to shift our duties ; instead of sharing burden ; over the shoulders of others. Since the time we employ such kind of pranks we come two step back, one we loose our respect in another’s eyes and second we finished our versatility with our own hands or we press the neck of opportunity with our own hands.
When we try to run in opposite direction while the carvan is on different one; you will be certainly looted by dacoits ( carvan here means the team and dacoits here means the opposite situations)
When you forget , “ who you are?” “what is your duty and how to fulfil it without affecting the interest of others?” i.e. if you are at the topmost position its your core duty to check the virus of discrimination if any exist and try to nipped it into the bud otherwise you will be chopped by the attack of such virus and the person who rely you!
These are mere a glimpse of some facts which helps us to stand in backward position
Choice is always remains with us. Whether we want to stand us in backward position or forward position.
Till now I have created so much darkness in my article now I want to offer you some light, the reason of creating such darkness was not making you demotivated but to realize you the importance of light!
Practises by following which we may ensure our way to Forward position:
Proper guidance to whom that are inferior if we guide someone we shouldn’t think we are cutting our foot with our own axe i.e. feeling of cooperation and help should be inherent part of our thinking and action. By practicing we gain nothing but everything i.e. respect and regard that can make perform anything to any extent practicable!
Not to take undue benefit of any asset you got by chance because you are lucky enough that you procure that . take benefit but in an optimum and suitable genuine manner because you have to take long term benefits from that asset.
Practice the habit of balancing the workload by assigning the specific work to specific person you think suitable for such particular work and if work Is too much monotonous then try to share genuinely not fictitiously !
For this I would like to stick a quote I heard ever “ KAATH KI HANDI EK BAR HI CHULHE PAR CHADTI HAI.”
Honesty is the best policy but only when it is applied for whole not for himself or herself i.e. practicing honest practice for self and becoming dishonest when anothers’ turn arrives.
Lastly I would like to say or suggest whichever you take its totally as per you!
“Together we stand, alone we fall but for moving the train towards destination every wheel has to be rotate from its place.”
