Nothing was giving me the feeling of entering into the new year except the weather which became colder than another days. It was the day of 1st January 2016 when I have to leave for college as I daily go , nothing was happening in different manner to which I can claim as a new thing to be happened. I woke up just half an hour before my daily schedule. When I went out for reaching at the clock tower , I see that there were so much fog outside . The fog was making me blind and everywhere there were nothing except fog .
Seeing this scene I thought of the advertisement of deodrent Fogg and its quote “Fogg chal raha hai” I clicked a photograph and post it on my fb account mentioning as Fogg chal raha hai gud morning. As soon as I were passing by the Surya lok hotel the sun risen and fog cleared out. It was really a good scene . I imagined that It was the light of sun or effect of my reaching. Anyway what it was but no doubt it was a good thing that I could see today. When I were sitting in the bus, everyone was wishing to each other “ happy new year!”. But it was me who was not finding anything new as in reality there was not anything to which I can consider as new . There were same digs on the road and the body shaking journey . everything was looking like as it was in 2015. Don’t get me wrong I m not giving you the negativity but just making it clear that nothing is going to be changed until we change ourselves . We can change ourselves by changing our attitude towards life. No one will ask for bribe if we reject for doing it by ourselves. Have we changed our attitude ? answer would be probably no! Really a surprising and bitter truth but it is reality. My another question is also a bitter truth. Will we care and react ;on the things which should not be happen; in majority? Answer would be probably no as we don’t care for others thinking as if we were not going to be affected by it! But it is reality we will be prey to that same monster to whom we are feeding. The day was really surprising as there were nothing new except the calander , Actually every minute and even a single second is new if we are eager and try to make it! But its our misfortune or we are idle enough to react on the vulgur and unjust things. These things are actually in violation of our constitution. One of the principle of our constitution describes about principle of Equality. Here I want to ask a single question from the respected and educated members of society ? Whether we are availing the benefit of this principle? Probably the answer would be in negative . Principle of Equality describes that “ every person living in the society has the common rights towards the resources of country and will be benefited in the same margin. ” At this I will asked about a single question from my respected authorities if the constitution is not describing wrong then why the candidate of unreserved category have to get more marks for qualifying any recruitment exam while the candidate of reserved category have to get less marks to qulify the same exam? Is it not violation of the principle of equality? Moreover the another situation is also considerable that can be said as in violation of the principle of equality. The person holding any technical degree is eligible to apply for technical jobs as well as for non technical jobs while the person holding degree in the nature of non-technical can apply only for non-technical jobs. If the person has the minimum eligibility in technical field why he or she is allowed to apply for non-technical jobs? Is it fair why authorities not give them chance towards technical lines like railway and many psu’s in which government is substantially interested. Every human being is same and has taken birth on this earth with the same rights and responsibilities but it we who created differences by mentioning it he is person belonging to this religion and cast and many more stupid things which are in actuality against the humanity. An important issue on which I want to drew your attention is the proceedings of parliament on which an important discussion is now going on is “ consideration of GST” which is necessary to be passed . In the recent statement given by the chairman of ICAI ;an apex body of india enacted by the chartered accountant act ,1949; CA Manoj Fadnis ; GST is considered as in the Public interest and its not coming into existence is really a loss for public. Why Our respected members of parliament making so much delay to pass it. Is it not unjust towards public ? there is a huge expense of everyday proceeding that is met by the taxes that we pay to our government in many forms . Where is value for our money that we pay to government in the form of many taxes? There are so many issues; like so much digs on road on that we travel on daily bases and our skeleton shakes as if it were a kite being flown into the sky; that are still unsolved since many years but there is no progress over them and we are saying new year! New yea! When these issues will be solved then we will consider that things are new and year is really new!
